Free on-site parking for all guests. Our Mid-City LA location is also easily accessible from the 10 freeway.

PRICING QUESTIONS

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the duration, day of week, and event type. We provide custom quotes for each inquiry so your price reflects your specific event needs. Contact us or schedule a tour to discuss your event.
Are there additional fees beyond the rental rate?
Our quotes are all-inclusive of venue access and the sound system and TV screens. Outside catering, décor, and entertainment are separate and arranged by you. We do not charge vendor fees for approved outside vendors.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit is required to secure your date. Our team will confirm deposit amounts and payment schedule during the booking process.
Is the AV system included in all packages?
Yes — our full sound system and TV screens (QSC K12 speakers, 7 TV screens and 1 large projector, wireless microphones, DJ-ready XLR connections) is included in every package at no additional charge.
