Art & Space LA
Looking for a creative way to bring people together through movement, light, and sound? Glow and Flow is an event format designed to blend meditative yoga and ecstatic dance into a single, inspiring evening. With glow sticks, UV lighting, and high-vibe music, it’s the kind of experience that energizes, releases, and connects.
At Art and Space LA, we provide a flexible and inspiring venue where you can host your own version of Glow and Flow. Whether you’re a yoga instructor, community builder, or wellness brand, this format gives you a powerful way to bring people together in movement and celebration.
What is Glow and Flow?
Glow and Flow is a two-part event experience that combines gentle yoga with expressive dance in a space filled with glow-inspired decor, UV lights, and energizing sound. Designed to support nervous system regulation and creative expression, it’s an ideal format for wellness events, immersive brand experiences, and movement-based community gatherings.
Art and Space LA doesn’t host or produce events—but we provide the perfect space for you to make it happen.
Start with Meditative Yoga
The evening opens with a grounding yoga practice led by your chosen instructor. The focus is on breath, presence, and gentle flow. Blacklight-reactive elements like body paint, soft lighting, and glow props set the mood. This portion helps participants arrive in their bodies, reset their energy, and prepare for the shift into movement.
Transition into Ecstatic Dance
After the final om, the music builds. Participants are invited to move freely—no steps, no pressure, just expression. The lights dim and the UV energy rises. Whether they’re swaying, jumping, or spinning, guests have full permission to move however they feel.
This is where your DJ, live percussionist, or sound healer comes in. The music becomes the guide, and the dance floor becomes a canvas. People reconnect with joy, flow, and freedom.
Add Your Own Creative Touch
Glow and Flow can be adapted to suit your style. Some organizers bring in live musicians or projection visuals. Others incorporate breathwork, cacao ceremonies, or a closing circle. At Art and Space LA, the space is yours to transform.
We provide:
A clean, open layout perfect for movement-based events
High ceilings and white walls for lighting and projections
Open floorplan with polished concrete for barefoot dance
Private use of the space during your rental time

Why It’s a Powerful Format
